• How do I know what days are available? Check out the available dates on Airbnb.
  Even if your preferred dates seem to be taken, send us a message and we'll see what we can do.
• How much does a stay cost? It depends on how long and when you're wanting to stay. All prices for your desired dates are listed on Airbnb (and you can indeed book there) but we remove the Airbnb charge if you book directly through us.
• How do I pay for my stay? After submitting your request, we will send you an email with a payment request - from there, you have the option to pay the full amount by credit card or bank transfer.
• What happens if I need to cancel? We offer a full refund up to 2 weeks prior, a 50% refund if within 7 days of your stay and a 50% refund at all other times prior to your stay.
• Is our booking guaranteed after submitting the request here? No - your stay is not booked until paid for. After we receive your request, we send you an email requesting payment and then send you a confirmation email once payment has been received. At the point of receiving payment, your booking is confirmed.
• Is there a cleaning fee? Yes - this will be explained in our request for payment email.
• What time is checkin/checkout? Checkin: 3pm, checkout: 10am
• Can I request an early checkin/late checkout? Indeed - we offer early checkins and late checkouts for a small fee. Early checkin (2pm) is $40. Late checkout (11am) is also $40.
